Instructions
Step 01:
Cook pasta in salted boiling water
Step 02:
Fry pancetta until crispy
Step 03:
Whisk eggs with grated Pecorino cheese
Step 04:
Toss hot pasta with pancetta
Step 05:
Remove from heat and quickly stir in egg mixture
Step 06:
Season with black pepper and serve immediately
